Dave,

RWD # 5 Dg. Co. Board of Directors approved the Sept. Contract contingent of changes in section 6.2 removing the phrase "as a minimum charge" and approval by the City of Lawrence Commission.

Toni has already made these changes to the 6.2 section. 

I will pick up the signed copy as soon as available from your office.  I will obtain RWD 5 signatures

and will return the contract within a week.
