Call meeting to order.
Dillon called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Introductions.
The Board Members introduced themselves.
Approve the April 16, 2008 minutes.
Hoag made a motion to approve the minutes. Breithaupt second the motion, the motion passed 5-0.
Elect Chairman and Co-Chairman.
Breithaupt nominated Dillon for Chairman. Hoag second the nomination, the nomination passed 5-0.
Chaney nominated Breithaupt for Co-Chairman. Hoag second the nomination, the nomination passed 5-0.
Adjourn
With no new business Breithaupt made a motion to adjourn. Chaney second the motion to adjourn, the motion passed 5-0.
Dillon adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
