RIDER B: INCREASE IN RENT OF LEASED PROPERTY

The Lease is modified by amending the rent of the Leased Property as follows:

Effective on November 1, 2008, per paragraph 5 of the Agreement for the Lease of City Of Lawrence, Kansas Property, rent will increase from $1,725 per month to $2,000 per month for the remainder of the Second Option Period.
