Chuck,  currently we are working on the P3 and P4 level of the garage, this is the lowest point of the garage and we hope to top this area off by mid September.  The next step will be P2, P1, and B1.  We hope to be at ground level by the end of the year which will then allow us to back fill and begin the main levels of the Hotel.  As the Hotel levels begin the project structure will speed up greatly because the exterior foundation walls are no longer required and thus it speeds the process up greatly.  The current schedule calls for completion of concrete structure by late May of 2009.  The goal then is to begin road/street work with completion set for August of 2009.  It may be helpful for you to visit site once Crane is out of hole and set on Indiana, so you can see how tight things are.   We appreciate the City helping us work this situation out and hope that we continue to work hand in hand completing this exciting project.  thanks
