RE:	Yummy’s Over the Top Yogurt  Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License

Yummy’s Over the Top Yogurt, 1119 Massachusetts Street, recently applied for a sidewalk dining license.  The related site plan (SP-06-42-08) was administratively approved as part of this process.  

Staff recommends approval, subject to finalizing the Use of Right-of-Way Agreement and other license related documents. In addition, staff is reviewing this application in light of the Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License amendments made last month and will work with the applicant to incorporate all applicable enforcement procedures in the Use of Right-of-Way Agreement.
