The City of Lawrence desires to lease a minimum of approximately 6,500 to 21,000 square feet of office space.  The exact square footage will be determined through negotiation.  A minimum of 6,500 square feet is needed in 2008 with the opportunity for expansion to be considered for possible future consolidation of other City leased space.

Optimally, this space would be located in downtown Lawrence or in close proximity to Lawrence City Hall.  Adequate parking should be provided for both the public as well as staff. 

Owner shall describe existing conditions of the space and submit floor plan drawings and photos of the space with submitted proposal.

Proposed lease rate should include base rent plus any additional rent to cover common area maintenance and insurance.

All terms and conditions of proposal and lease are subject to further negotiation.

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
