The following agencies participated in Community Development Division loan programs. The mortgage provisions have been satisfied and the City has agreed to release the Mortgages.
1) Bert Nash Mental Health Center participated in the CDBG program to rehabilitate the structure at 1334 New Jersey in 1998.
2) Community Living Opportunities participated in the CDBG program to rehabilitate the structure at 1311 E. 21st Terrace in 2003.
3) Women’s Transitional Care Services participated in the CDBG program to rehabilitate their structure (location suppressed) in 1998.
