COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:
1509 E 28th St. Terr: Install new roofing, gutters downspouts, replacement windows and exterior painting. Repair electrical system throughout house and replace some fixtures. Rehab the bathroom and correct some drain waste issues. Install floor covering through out the house and make some minor wall repairs and touch up painting. Replace rear patio.

Install new drain plumbing for kitchen, bath and laundry areas. Install 200 amp electrical service and test and repair existing wiring. Install new roofing, front and rear entry doors and paint wood trim and wood windows. Alternate bids for installing drywall ceiling in living room and family room and additional kitchen storage cabinets.
