RE:	Ordinance 8293 Rezoning Approximately 155 acres from A (Agricultural) to IG (General Industrial)..

On August 5, 2008, the City Commission approved, subject to conditions, Z-04-09-08, a request to rezone approximately 155 acres from A (Agricultural) to IG (General Industrial) and authorized staff to draft an ordinance for placement on a future agenda.  The property is located on the NW Corner of N 1800 Rd & E 900 Rd; I70/K10 Business Park.

Ordinance 8293 includes the conditions requested by the City Commission and is presented to the City Commission for passage.  The rezoning applicant has reviewed and approved the language for the conditions. 

Action Requested:

Adopt Ordinance 8293 Rezoning Approximately 155 acres from A (Agricultural) to IG (General Industrial), if appropriate.
