RE:	The Exchange at Lawrence Final Plat

The Exchange at Lawrence Preliminary Plat was approved by the Planning Commission on Nov. 26, 2007 and the City Commission approved the dedication of easements and rights-of-way on Dec. 18, 2007. Additional easements are being provided with the final plat to accommodate the on-site water and sanitary sewer lines. Additional right-of-way is being dedicated, per KDOT’s requirement, to accommodate the proposed construction of the future arterial on the east property line which will cross over the South Lawrence Trafficway in this location.

The final plat is being placed on the City Commission consent agenda to provide the Commission with information on the additional easements and rights-of-way being provided.
