The following individuals participated in a Community Development Division loan program. The City has been repaid and has agreed to release the Mortgage.

1) Helen Gentry, 742 Maine, participated in the Emergency Loan Program in 1991.

2) Michael Gillman, 1828 Atherton Court, participated in the First Time Homebuyers Program in 2003.

3) Hans Harmon, 1220 New Jersey, participated in the First Time Homebuyers Program in 2003.

The City Clerk will have the documents ready for the Mayor's signature. If you have further questions, please let me know.
