Project History/ Details:
A site plan [SP-12-85-07] has been submitted to convert
building space used for commercial storage into commercial retail at 704 &
According to the Appraiser’s Office, the buildings are
believed to have been built in 1954. The license agreement would formally
recognize the historic parking spaces and the understanding between the City and
Licensee for the continued use of these 27 parking spaces, plus an additional 4
spaces to be constructed by the applicant, within the right-of-way at
Project
Funding.
The parking spaces have been at this location, within the right-of-way,
for over 50 years. Sidewalk, curb and gutter improvements in front of
Action Request. Authorize City Manager to sign License
Agreement with LFF L.L.C. to allow for the continuation of existing parking
within the right-of-way along the east side of
