Re:	Possession and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages at Lawrence Municipal Airport for Chamber Mixer

The Airport Advisory Board will be hosting a Chamber of Commerce Mixer Event at the Lawrence Municipal Airport on Wednesday, June 11 from 5-8 p.m. Event organizers are requesting City approval for attendees to possess and consume alcoholic beverages at the event. I have attached a copy of Ordinance 8276 for the Commission’s consideration. This ordinance allows the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages from 5 to 8 p.m. on the day of the event.
