March 10, 2008 ODSE – mailing reminder letters to pick up old sculptures

March 12, 2008 - LAC meeting

March 24, 2008 Community Arts Grant deadline

March 31, 2008 - Annual report due to city

April 1, 2008 – 20^th ODSE (2007) closes (P&R will take down old sculpture before April 25, 2008)

April 2008 - Request for next year's funding due to city during budget cycle FY2008 – date TBD

April (early) 2008 Notice of juror’s selections sent to artist

April 9, 2008 - make grant selections –LAC meeting

April 21, 2008 notice of LAC selections sent to grantees

April 25, 2008 (8am-3pm) Receipt of new 2008 sculptures & pick up sculptures from 2007 ODSE 19^th & Moodie (P&R maintenance shop)

May , 2008 P&R installs new sculpture for 21^th Annual ODSE

May 2008 – grant awardees may begin the project no earlier than May 1, 2008 and end the project no later than April 30, 2009 (final reports do 30 days following completion of the project)

May 14, 2008 - LAC meeting

May 2008 Mayor presents grant awards at CC meeting – date TBD

June 7, 2008 – Exhibition opening tour and reception
