The Police
Department is requesting to purchase 19 tactical vests. In time these vests break down due to heat and
moisture. The effective dates on their
present vests have expired and need to be replaced. Please see the Police Department’s evaluation
of the vests that were bid bid, attached. The vests are to be funded from the Bullet
Proof Vest Partnership Grant.
