RE:	Lawrence Home Builders Association Spring Parade of Homes sign variance request

The Lawrence Home Builders Association has requested an exemption from Sections 5-705.1 of the Sign Ordinance during the Spring Annual Parade of Homes. The signs would be placed in various rights-of-way throughout the City on the morning of April 26, 2008 and will be removed on May 5, 2008.

ACTION: Approve as “signs of community interest” a request from the Lawrence Home Builders Association to place signs in various rights-of-way throughout the City from April 26 – May 5, 2008.
