DUMP BODY AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM – Public Works – Bid#08021

 

Public Works Street Division requested bids for a dump body and hydraulic system for a tandem axle truck, bid B08020.  It will be used daily for hauling up to 58,000 lbs. of rock, dirt, construction debris and it will also be used for snow removal.  This dump body and hydraulic system will be part of the replacement for Unit 317, a 1996 tandem axle truck that has high mileage and maintenance costs.  This purchase was approved in the 2008 budgeting process.
