RE:	Ordinance No. 8057 Rezoning

The proposed rezoning ordinance is submitted to conclude actions and publish the zoning change for property included in the Planned Residential Development known as Hanscom-Tappan Addition III. The rezoning was approved by the City Commission on August 15, 2006, and after due consideration and deliberation the recommended zoning change was approved, subject to several conditions, including the approval and recording of a final plat covering the property at the Douglas County Register of Deeds. Both the Final Plat and the Final Development Plan have been recorded as required by the development process.
