Please include the following item on the City Commission regular agenda for consideration at the January 15, 2008 meeting:
Attached is a request from White River, LLC to vacate a 15’ private storm sewer easement located in Lot 2, Block 2, of Oread West No. 8. The easement is not needed and impacts the location of a proposed building.
Utility companies and neighbors were notified and no objections were received.
Action Requested: Hold public hearing and, pending public comment, approve Order of Vacation.
