RE:	American Heart Association “signs of community interest”

The American Heart Association submitted the attached request for City Commission approval, as “signs of community interest,” of temporary signs promoting their “Go Red for Women” campaign. The signs will be placed in the windows and in front of sponsoring businesses from January 15 – February 15, 2008. The signs will be approximately the same size as typical “realtor” signs, and will state the businesses are supporters of the American Heart Association and Go Red for Women.

ACTION:      Approve as “signs of community interest” a request from the American Heart Association to place “Go Red for Women” sponsorship signs in the windows and in front of sponsoring businesses from January 15 – February 15, 2008.
