How do we elminate the RED??
#1 Fairway Aerofication (4) times per year.  Topdress with sand and compost.
Correct PH problem with Calcium application (2) times per year @ 1000 lbs./A
Preventative Fungicide program similar to greens program.
Increase airflow with tree removal/thinning on South side of #1 as well as #7 North side
Use of Ronstar at proper rate and timing.
Use better quality fertilizer with organics, slow release to avoid disease pressure periods.
Continue to address drainage issues.
Monitor water during stress periods.
Consider changing turf variety to zoysia.
#10 Fairway Same recommendation as #1 fairway to include more drainage/regrading
Cut down tree in middle of fairway.
Cut down burms on South side of fairway.
                        #13 Fairway Eliminate bent grass
Aerofciation
Fungicide program.
Goose grass/crabgrass preemergence program.
#16 Fairway Same programs as #1 fairway.
Air flow issue will be very difficult
Monitor water
#13 and #17 Tee **  The problems associated with these 2 locations in my opinion is the location which restricts air flow and direct sun light.
I would recommend changing the turf variety to a warm season grass "Zoysia grass" on several of the existing tee boxes
to use these during the summer month as the cool season turf is under stress.  Par 3 tees are tough to maintain quality turf
due to the type of shots hit from this surface.    Continue to monitor water and increase cultural practices.
