RE:	Sprinkler Incentive Program Reimbursement

I am recommending reimbursement to Mr. Millstein for 75% of the installation costs of a sprinkler system at 803 Mass, (Casbah) pursuant to the 2007 Downtown Fire Sprinkler Incentive Program.

His actual costs totaled $33,504.20 and the attached invoices are records of his complete payment of these costs.

The amount of reimbursement I am recommending is $25,128.15 (75% of his actual costs).  Funds for the reimbursement come from the non-bonded water construction account.
