COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPES OF WORK:

 

224 E 17th St. Terr: Drive, garage floor and patio concrete replacement. Attic venting, install gutters and down spouts.  Entry door and patio door replacement.  Most windows replaced, others install exterior storm windows.  Kitchen base cabinets and plumbing repairs.  Bath tub surround, floor covering and plumbing repairs.  Electrical service upgrade and repairs, minor interior wall repairs and painting.  Alternate to extend driveway.

Upgrade to 150 amp electrical service, update wiring and bath/kitchen GFCI’s. Install new 40 gal. water heater and other minor plumbing repairs.  Replace kitchen countertops and kitchen sink.  Alternate to expand driveway.
