ORDINANCE NO. 8209

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2006 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO,       RELATING TO NO PARKING.

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the north side of 4^th Street between Maine Street and Missouri Street and along the south side of 4^th Street from Maine Street, East 170 feet.

SECTION II.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
