RE:	Ordinance No. 8125

Please include the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for first reading at the November 13, 2007 meeting:

On May 15, 2007 the City Commission approved rezoning of 555 Stoneridge Drive, located northwest of the intersection of 6^th and Stoneridge Drive, from RS10 (Single-Dwelling Residential) District to GPI (General Public and Institutional Use) District.  The property is owned by the City of Lawrence and is the site of a proposed water tower.  The rezoning was approved on the condition that a final plat is recorded at the Register of Deeds.  This condition has been completed. 

Staff recommends the adoption of Ordinance No. 8125 if appropriate.
