ORDINANCE NO. 8191

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2006 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO RESERVED PARKING ZONES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, RESERVED PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES is hereby established along the east side of New York Street from 90 feet north of 10^th Street, north 65 feet.

SECTION II.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Reserved Parking Zones for Persons with Disabilities, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
