Lamert called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Introductions
Staff had displayed name tents. Hoch introduced the newest member, Sandra Unfred to the board.
Approval of the April 16, 2007 minutes.
After individual consideration, Qualseth moved to approve the April 16, 2007, minutes. Jeltz seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
Project Reviews –
1100 Highland Dr.- Staff presented the project. Lead based paint on the exterior expected. Tree trimming, roofing replacement, gutters and downspouts, exterior painting, drive and patio replacement. Minor window and electrical repairs. Bath rehab- new tub, tile surround, vanity and sink, lighting, tub and sink faucets, refurbish toilet, painting, sub-floor repairs, underlayment and floor covering. Minor plumbing repairs in kitchen and laundry, replace passage door to garage. Cost estimate was $24,100.00. Heckler moved to approve the project, Qualseth seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
224 E 17th St Terr- Staff presented the project. Drive, garage floor and patio concrete replacement. Attic venting, install gutters and down spouts. Window, entry door, and patio door replacement. Kitchen base cabinets and plumbing repairs. Bath tub surround, floor covering and plumbing repairs. Electrical service upgrade and repairs, minor interior wall repairs and painting. Lamert remarked that from her perspective that anytime drives, patios or sidewalks were replaced that this really enhanced the value of the property. Staff mentioned doing a alternate bid for the extension of the driveway to conserve costs.
Heckler moved to approve the project, Jeltz seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
956 Lawrence Ave- Staff presented the project. Roofing and sheathing replacement, fascia gutters and downspouts, minor painting. Foundation stabilization and drainage. Lamert talked about the difficulty of finding good foundation contractors because they are always so busy. Staff mentioned the homeowner was willing to help out any way he could. Heckler moved to approve the project, Jeltz seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
Project Updates 2205 Learnard Ave- bids came in over budget.
320 Crestline has almost everything except the replacement windows complete. 629 Missouri has all electrical complete, water line in, ready to start driveway and other interior work.

There being no further business, Qualseth moved to adjourn the meeting. Jeltz seconded the motion, which passed.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
