TWO (2) CARBON FEED PUMPS – UTILITIES DEPARTMENT – #B07063
Utilities Department requested bids for two carbon feed pumps at the Kaw Water Treatment Plant. The pump will replace the existing carbon feed pumps to make the system more reliable and to lessen the risk of taste and odor complaints. These pumps will be installed by City staff. We requested bids from eight vendors however only one submitted a bid. This purchase was approved in the 2007 budgeting process.
