Please include the following item on the City Commission regular agenda for consideration at the September 25, 2007 meeting:
Project Description/Details: The project includes the construction of Stoneridge Drive from 6th Street south to Silverstone Drive, a right-turn lane from 6th Street south onto Stoneridge, sidewalks, a landscaped island at the south end, stormwater and waterline improvements. The signalization is included in the benefit district but will be constructed with Stoneridge north of 6th Street.

Project Funding: This is a benefit district. The Collister property assessment will be deferred until the property develops or a maximum of 15 years. The city is participating $50,000 for the additional width at the intersection.
Action Requested: Open public hearing and, pending comments and City Commission discussion, approve Ordinance 8136 establishing the maximum assessments for the construction of Stoneridge Drive from 6th Street south approximately 630 feet.
