Chairman Frost called the meeting to order at 12:20 pm.
Minutes
The minutes of the April 4, 2007 meeting had been emailed to all members. All members present had viewed the minutes prior to the meeting; Brickell made a motion to accept the minutes Kaufman seconded the motion, the motion passed unanimously.

Adjournment
Chairman Frost asked for a motion to adjourn, Brickell made a motion to adjourn, seconded by LaBounty, motion passed unanimously and meeting was adjourned at 12:23 pm.
