Not attending: David Johnston, Brad Kemp, Maria Martin, and Michael Moore

Attending Staff:  Judy Billings, Bob Sanner, Susan Henderson, Ashlee Roll-Gregory and Kate Eichten, Lisa Patterson

The meeting was called to order by Derek Felch. Longhurst moved, Christilles seconded to approve the minutes as presented.  Motion carried.

Financial Report

Billings noted that the CVB was still waiting on the bed tax numbers to come in because the money could not be requested from the City until then.

Old Business

Continued discussion from July’s earlier meeting regarding the Board’s position of the relationship between the CVB, the Chamber, Heritage Area and Watkins Museum.
