BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:
SECTION I: From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the westerly side of Grand Circle.
SECTION II: From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the north side of 30th Street from Crestline Drive west to the first property line.
SECTION III: From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance, Ordinance 7885, is rescinded.
SECTION IV: From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the east side of Four Wheel Drive from 280 ft. north of 29th Terrace north to the end, and between 29th Terrace and 31st Street; and along the west side of Four Wheel Drive from 345 ft. north of 29th Terrace to 31st Street, and from 28th Terrace north to the end.
SECTION V. The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
