Four Library alternatives:

1. Continue on present course; fund library annually and incrementally

2. Pursue satellite branch options as originally proposed by the library

3. Construct a new library on the present library site and view it as an independent project without regard for other projects downtown

4. Construct the library on the present site or on the post office site and leverage the public money spent to promote private investment downtown and in the library’s environs, especially
