Westar Energy hereby grants permission to the Lawrence Chamber to hang a banner across 8th street, using Westar's power poles as anchors. Westar requires that the banner not be anchored any higher than the horizontal crossarms of the power poles (located in the alley between Mass and N.H.).

I believe our crews hung the banner last year. Please contact me if you would like us to hang the banner again this year. We will need some advance notice, so please let me know the date that you want it up and down. Thank you.
