You have been provided a copy of the Planning Commission Staff Report and the Planning Commission minutes for TA-10-11-06. The amendments contained in this report were presented to the Planning Commission on December 18, 2006. The Planning Commission recommended approval to each individual amendment but asked Staff to make necessary changes to the proposed amendment to Section 20-1305 of the Development Code (Site Plan Review) based upon the discussion had by the Commissioners during the meeting.
Staff has revised the proposed language to Section 20-1305 for Site Plan Review based upon Planning Commission discussion as well as a few minor changes identified by Staff since this date. The revised proposed language is presented to you as Attachment A to TA-10-11-06.
Recommended Action: Staff requests that the City Commission adopt the revised language proposed in TA-10-11-06 with exception of that provided for Section 20-1305 and adopt the language provided in Attachment A in place of the language provided for Section 20-1305 in the Staff Report, as recommended by the Planning Commission.
