COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:

 

2205 Learnard Ave:  Exterior- painting, concrete drive & patio replacement, foundation work, gutters, downspouts and splash blocks, replace wood fascia, garage door and window replacement.  Interior- plaster repair, wiring system repair, code compliant closet light fixtures, replace tub and tub surround, vinyl floor coverings, entry & patio door replacement, gas range, new kitchen countertops and sink, water heater, washer and dryer hook ups, sump pump discharge piping to exterior.

 

629 Missouri Street:  Exterior- concrete drive, sidewalk replacement, foundation crack repair, hand rail, entry lighting, gable attic vent, replace rear entry door, window repair, replace water service, replace furnace and flue and paint house trim. Interior- electrical service replacement and replacement of outlets and switches, refinish wood floors, vinyl floor coverings in kitchen and laundry, new kitchen countertops and sink faucet, drywall repair and painting of ceilings in two rooms, window repairs, GFCI’s in bath and kitchen, paint bathroom, new sump pump and additional lighting in basement.

 

320 Crestline Dr.:  Exterior- Wall and trim painting, drive and sidewalk replacement, replacement windows and splash blocks.  Interior-trim sets for replacement windows, interior painting 4 rooms, replace bath and kitchen faucets, replace furnace, adjust interior doors.
