X Trial use or testing - Of the five carts available for testing, Americart Model 3190 was the most durable, easiest tp repair, and determined to be the most unlikely to fail with continuous use.

Division recommends the Americart Model 3190 be approved with a sole source agreement with Roy Conley & Co. Americart Model 3190 is relatively suimilar in apperance to our present carts, available in similar colors, compatible with our equipment, evaluated to be the most durable available, will allow us to maintain our cart numbering system for inventory control, and is the least expensive of the carts available for testing.
