RE:	Lawrence Freenet Report

Attached please find a document received on April 27, 2007, from Lawrence Freenet titled, “Current Project Status.”  The City Commission authorized Lawrence Freenet to install communications equipment on the following City properties:

          *Water Tower at 18^th and Stratford Road;

          *Water Tower at 6^th and Kasold Drive;

          *Water Tower at 19^th and Kasold Drive;

          *On top of City Hall;

          *On traffic signal poles at 47 intersections in the City;

The City Commission also approved Freenet’s request to install equipment on the Harper Street Water Tower pending receipt of an executed copy of a Lawrence Freenet-Sprint lease agreement.   

Lawrence Freenet is required to submit quarterly reports to the City Manager detailing free and or reduced priced services.  Additional information from Lawrence Freenet is on file with the City.
