Re:	April 17, 2007 City Commission Meeting Minutes Revision

During the May 1^st City Commission meeting, Mayor Hack pulled from the consent agenda, the approval of the April 17, 2007 City Commission meeting minutes in order to make a change to those minutes as requested by the member of the public.  Specifically, Jane Eldredge, requested “On page 39 of the April 17, 2007 minutes would you please correct a misstatement of mine? The last sentence of the second paragraph should delete the reference to Lenexa which actually has 56.0 square feet per capita and replace it with a reference to Mission which has 150.7 square feet per capita.”  We have made the requested change (actually found on page 48 of the minutes) and the revised April 17^th City Commission meeting minutes are attached to this memo and ready for approval on the May 8^th Consent Agenda.
