On July 27, 2006, staff provided comments to the applicant regarding the Retail Market Study for the 6th and Wakarusa Drive Commercial Development. On August 3, 2006, the Planning Office received a revised Market Study. On August 23, 2006 staff provided comments on the revised market study and the applicant submitted an addendum to the original study on August 28, 2006 to address some of the staff comments. Staff outlined comments that still had not been addressed in an email to the applicant dated September 29, 2006. The applicant has submitted a second addendum to the original study that addresses all outstanding comments made by staff.
The applicant has addressed all comments made by staff, and is not being asked to provide any further information regarding the Retail Market Study.
