ORDINANCE NO. 8104

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2001 ADDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO,       RELATING TO NO PARKING.

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the west side of Tennessee Street from 115’ north of 21^st Street to 115’ south of 21^st Street.

SECTION II.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
