ONE (1) ¾ TON CAB AND CHASSIS – PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT – B07031

Public Works/Solid Waste Division requested bids for a ¾ ton cab and chassis.  They plan to transfer the utility body from the present truck to the new cab and chassis.  The truck will be used to haul tools, parts, lubricants, and large items.  We are downsizing from Unit 452, a 1 ton 4X4 crew cab truck which has completed its life cycle and meets the criteria for replacement.  This purchase was approved in the 2007 budgeting process.

Recommendation Action: 

Approve bid for one (1) ¾ ton cab and chassis form Laird Noller Ford in the amount of $15,597.00 (Public Works/Solid Waste)
