Please include the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at the April 17, 2007 meeting:

Reconsideration of Final Plat of Stoneridge East (PF-08-28-05) to reverse the action to vacate the west half of street right-of-way for Winthrop Court as shown on the Final Plat of Stoneridge East. (See Attached plat map)

The City Commission unanimously accepted the dedication of easements and rights-of-way for the Final Plat on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 subject to several conditions. The Final Plat included the vacation of right-of-way of the east half of Wintrhrop Court.

The approved Final Development Plan included the local street as part of the secondary access to the multi-family development for Block 1, Lot 1 of the proposed subdivision. 

ACTION RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends acceptance of easements and rights-of-way for the revised Final Plat of Stoneridge East which retains east half of street right-of-way for Winthrop Court.
