RE:	Appointments to Boards and Commissions

I recommend the following individuals for the appointments listed below.  I have included phone numbers, if available.  Please feel free to call any of them to discuss their potential appointments.  I believe they are willing to answer your questions or receive any comments you might have.

Contractor Licensing Board:

· Steven Blanchard, 691-6726, to a term that expires 12/31/11.  (Building Contractor position);

· Dan Riedemann, 865.0138, to a term that expires 12/31/11.  (Residential Contractor position); and

· Ryan Kruse, 843.5079, to a term that expires 12/31/11.  (At-large position)

Douglas County Community Corrections Advisory Board:

Reappoint Bob Suderman (841.6357) to an additional term that would expire 05/31/10.

Public Health Board:

Appoint Alan Cowles (865.5848) to a position that will expire 03/31/10.
