Please include the following item on the City Commission Consent Agenda for consideration at the March 13, 2007 meeting.
Project Description. Establish the benefit district for the construction of 25th Street Terrace from O’Connell Road to east of Franklin Road.

Received petition request for the City to construct the improvements to 25th Street Terrace. |
Project Details. The project includes the construction of 25th Street Terrace. This is a collector street which will include sidewalks on both sides, stormwater improvements, water main, and a roundabout at the intersection of 25th Street Terrace and O’Connell Road. The petition requesting the improvements has been signed by 100% of the owners of the benefit district and, therefore, a public hearing is not required.
Project Funding. This project is being financed through a benefit district with 100% of the cost paid by the benefit district and 0% by the City at large.
Action Requested. Approve Resolution 6708 setting out the Findings and Determinations of the Governing Body and ordering construction of the improvements.
