ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT

        This is an addendum to the contract entered into between the City of Lawrence, Kansas (“City”) and David L. Corliss (“Employee”) on October 10, 2006.

1) Section 4 of the Agreement is amended to alter the compensation for the Employee beginning with the first full pay period during calendar year 2007 to be $130,000.

2) Section 6 a) of the Agreement is amended to provide that the Employee may accrue up to 420 hours of vacation leave.

3) Section 5 of the Agreement is amended to include the following provision:  “The City shall provide the Employee with an allowance of $90.00 per month for the professional and personal use of one (1) cellular phone and email device.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Addendum to Contract to be approved.
