I recommend the following individuals for the appointments listed below.  I have included phone numbers, if available.  Please feel free to call any of them to discuss their potential appointments.  I believe they are willing to answer your questions or receive any comments you might have.

Contractor Licensing Board:

Appoint the following people:

· Doug Dillon, 331.0528 (Plumbing Board Rep.) to a term that expires 12/31/09.

· Kevin Chaney, 843.1691, (Mechanical Board Rep.) to a term that expires 12/31/09.

· Larry Frost, 913.422.4681, (Electrical Board Rep.) to a term that expires 12/31/09.

· Barry Walthall, 832.3101, as the Building Official.

Fire Code Board of Appeals:

Reappoint Pete Easterwood to an additional term that expires 01/31/10.
