Subject: Sign question for City Commission

Headquarters Counseling Center will be holding our Life Support Rally bike ride fundraiser on April 28, 2007 from approximately 7:00 am until early-mid afternoon. We wish to ask the City Commission to allow us to place two (2) signs on the city right-of-way, the central reservation on Clinton Parkway on either side of Inverness, so participants know where to turn to find the event. The signs dimensions are approx. 3 ½ feet tall and 2 feet wide. The signs are constructed of pvc pipe and will be fastened to the ground.

What do I have to do to get this placed on the Commission’s agenda? What additional information do you need form Headquarters Counseling Center?
