CONTRACTOR SERVICES – PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT – #B07004

Please see attached bid tab.

Parks and Recreation requested bids for unit pricing of contractor services including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.  This bid is for small jobs and small repairs for the 2007 calendar year.  Parks and Recreation estimated there could be $30,000 to $65,000 spent on these jobs.  These projects will come out of many accounts that were approved in the 2007 budgeting process. 

Recommendation Action: 

Approve unit price bid from Randall Electric for electrical jobs, First Management for plumbing jobs and Chaney Inc. for HVAC jobs, total for all work not to exceed $65,000.00 (Parks and Recreation accounts)
