TA-12-14-06: Consider amendments to Chapter 20, Development Code to correct inconsistencies since adopted. Initiated by the Planning Commission at their December meeting.

Joe Rexwinkle gave an introduction and overview of the amendments to Chapter 20 of the Development Code which would make the Code consistent with state law and provide for the following revisions:

This item had public hearing at the October 23 Planning Commission meeting.  The Commission deferred the particular amendment and directed staff to research the subject and come back to the Planning Commission at a later date with revised language and research results.  Staff is continuing to study this issue.

Moved by Comm. Finkeldei, seconded by Comm. Haase, to recommend forwarding a recommendation for approval of the proposed revisions [TA-12-14-06] to Article 17 of the “Development Code, July 1, 2006 Edition,” to the City Commission.

 

 

Motion passed unanimously, 8-0.  Student Commissioner Robb also voted in the affirmative.
